Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Jaagaa ("Jaagaa," "we," "us") and any apps you deploy through the platform. By signing up or installing an app, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Jaagaa is a platform for building, managing, and deploying apps on cloud accounts you own. You bring your own Cloudflare account ("BYO"), or you start on a short-lived Jaagaa-owned trial pool account that we provision, manage, and clean up on a fixed schedule.
2. Your account & ownership
- You are responsible for the credentials you supply to Jaagaa (Cloudflare API tokens, OAuth providers, AI keys) and for keeping them confidential.
- Your application code, customer data, files, and database contents are yours. They reside in the cloud account you own (BYO) or in the trial-pool account during the trial period only.
- You may revoke our access at any time by removing the API token from Jaagaa or rotating it in your provider's console. After revocation we can no longer push updates, but your data remains untouched in your cloud.
3. Trial pool accounts
New apps may start on a Jaagaa-owned Cloudflare account from our trial pool. Trials run for a fixed window (typically 15 days). During the trial:
- We hold the Cloudflare credentials; you do not need to bring your own.
- Your data is yours and is portable: at the end of the trial we either migrate the app to your own Cloudflare account, or we destroy the trial resources (Worker, D1 database, R2 bucket) along with any data inside them. You can request export before the trial ends.
- If you do not act before expiry, we destroy the trial resources. We do not retain copies.
4. Updates & the release contract
Jaagaa publishes platform releases that include schema changes, new APIs, and bug fixes. Our release contract is additive only — we do not remove or rename existing tables, columns, or endpoints in a way that would break apps already running on customer cloud accounts. You control the cadence at which updates land on your apps (manual, scheduled, or automatic) from the operator console. Critical-severity security updates may install automatically after a stated grace period; we will surface that clearly before any auto-install.
5. Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Free-tier usage is free forever within Cloudflare's free quotas; you are responsible for any costs your cloud provider charges you when usage exceeds their free tier. We do not mark up provider costs.
- You may cancel any time. Cancellation stops future charges; pre-paid annual fees are not refunded except where required by law.
- Failed payments after a 7-day grace period will pause platform features that require an active subscription. Your data is not deleted.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Jaagaa to:
- Violate applicable law or third-party rights;
- Send unsolicited bulk communications or run phishing infrastructure;
- Host content that depicts the sexual exploitation of minors, that incites violence, or that is otherwise prohibited by Cloudflare's acceptable use policy;
- Resell, sublicense, or expose the operator-level Jaagaa platform to third parties without a separate written agreement.
7. Intellectual property
Jaagaa retains all rights to the platform itself (jg-api, jgt-api, jgt-console, jg-console, jg-web, and supporting tooling). You retain all rights to the content, prompts, code, and data you produce on your own cloud account. You grant us a non-exclusive license to process that content solely to operate and improve the platform on your behalf.
8. Warranties & disclaimers
Jaagaa is provided as is. We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep the platform secure and available, but we do not warrant uninterrupted operation, and we are not liable for outages or data loss originating in your cloud provider.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.
10. Termination
You may terminate at any time by offboarding your app from the operator console. We may terminate for breach of these terms, for prolonged non-payment, or to comply with law. On termination, we lose access to your cloud account; your data remains where it always was — in the cloud account you own.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days before they take effect via the console banner and the email on your operator account. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
